SHIPPING POLICY

Australian & International Shipping Information

SECTION 1A - STANDARD AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders via Australia Post from our warehouse in Wollongong.

All Australian orders over $100 receive free standard shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout.

The $100 free shipping applies only to Australian orders.

Once processed, standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. 

If you have special delivery instructions you can sign up to a MyPost Account with Australia Post and make changes to your deliveries.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time. 

SECTION 1B – EXPRESS AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

Express shipping is available for $15AUD.

Once processed, express shipping takes 1-2 business days. 

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time. 

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wollongong, Australia.

The Accessory Label processes orders including the price of shipping in AUD.

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship with DHL Express and DHL Global Mail, a fast and reliable shipping service.

International shipping will be 10-15 days.

Please note: You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of The Accessory Label and this fee will be dependent on your country.

Please be advised that The Accessory Label is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
