If you have any concerns about your order please contact us here.

If you have received a faulty item or decided that the product is not what you need, we will sort out a refund for you straight away.

Our returns policy is as follows:

Items must remain unworn (except for you trying it on) and unwashed. No stains or signs of wear.

All labels must remain on the goods for them to be returned.

The Accessory Label does not offer exchanges, just refunds.

The Accessory Label does not cover the costs of shipping for returns.

You must lodge a return with us at customer support within 30 days of receiving the items.

The Accessory Label takes no responsibility for items that are lost in transit when you return them.

Proof of purchase via your name, email address and order number is required to receive the refund. Refunds will be given back on the same payment method used to purchase the items.

All items will be thoroughly inspected before we provide a refund.
